HEAT STRESS INDEX FOR CATTLE AND BUFFALOES AS A GUIDELINE FOR DAIRY FARMING IN TROPICAL CLIMATE

Cattle and buffaloes experience different level of stress during summer and hot humid conditions. Thermal stress experienced by livestock may be assessed on the basis of changes in pulse rate, मगरमच्छ तकनीकी विश्लेषण संकेतक respiratory frequency and rectal temperature. Heat stress is caused by a combination of climatic factors like air temperature, humidity, solar radiation, wind velocity etc. Majority of studies on thermal stress in livestock have used temperature-humidity index (THI). THI represent the combined effect of air temperature and humidity with level of heat stress. India stands fourth position (after China, USA and Brazil) in broiler meat production with 2.25 million tonnes which contributes Rs. 9000 crores to the national economy. There is a great potential to create gainful employment with every increase in egg/meat consumption.

मंदसौर: Husband wife bitten snake जिले के यशोधर्मन नगर थाना क्षेत्र के माल्याखेड़ी गांव पति द्वारा पत्नी की हत्या की साजिश रचे जाने का मामला सामने आया है। पति से अलग होने के लिए पति के सिर पर ऐसा जुनून सवार था कि उसने सारी हदें पार कर डाली और दोस्त के साथ मिलकर ऐसा कांड कर गया जिसे जानकर आपकी रूह कांप उठेगी। फिलहाल आरोपी पति को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है और मामले मगरमच्छ तकनीकी विश्लेषण संकेतक की जांच में जुटी हुई है।
